Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Jersey City, NJ seeks a skilled Workday integrations engineer to develop, customize, and maintain Workday integrations and applications. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to implement and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.

You will build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services, and develop REST/SOAP APIs to connect Workday with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Workday integrations and applications.
• Work with Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations between Workday and external applications.
• Work with XML, XSLT, JSON, and SOAP-based services.
• Configure business processes, security roles, and calculated fields.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow deployment best practices.
