Job summary

Avaap is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Enterprise Data Conversion to assist with large-scale Workday implementations. You will lead data conversion activities, ensuring smooth integration of legacy data into Workday, while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting at least 4 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Experience with enterprise ERP or HCM transformations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and conversion best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale Workday data conversion activities.
• Collect, transform, validate, and load customer data into Workday.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and mentor junior consultants.
