Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration expert to design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize Workday functionality in a Canada-based environment. You will own end-to-end configurations, security, staffing models, and business processes to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Workday Core HCM configuration experience, a Workday Pro Certification (preferred), and an undergraduate degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience configuring business processes, security, and organizations in Workday.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred; undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.
• Own end-to-end system configuration, including processes, security and staffing.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and provide production support.
• Maintain configuration standards, governance and technical documentation.
• Identify enhancements to improve user experience and ROI of Workday.
