The Squires Group is seeking a Workday-certified consultant with an active security clearance to join our federal initiatives in the Washington, DC area. You will lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Time Tracking with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) required.
• Certification in Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking) required.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation or support experience.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations.
• Experience supporting Workday in federal or government contracting environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation.
