Job summary

RiDiK is seeking a Workday Consultant with a broad functional and technical skill set, focusing on HCM and integrations. The role requires hands-on work across multiple Workday areas and collaborating with both functional and technical teams.

The candidate should bring 4–5 years of relevant Workday experience, strong HCM expertise, and familiarity with integration tools. Certification is preferred. Remote work with US time overlap is expected.

Workday Consultant Functional & Technical

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a broad functional and technical skill set. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience across multiple Workday areas and be capable of supporting both functional and technical requirements.

The candidate should be particularly strong in Workday HCM and Integrations, with additional experience across Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and related Workday capabilities. The expectation is that the candidate can work across multiple areas rather than being highly specialized in a single module.

Strong integration experience combined with HCM expertise is highly desirable.

Prism Analytics

Location & Working Hours

Contract & Engagement

• Resource requirement/number of resources will depend on candidate availability and rate
• Potential opportunity to replace an existing resource if a suitable candidate is identified
• Rate will be a consideration in determining the final resource requirement
