We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst on acontract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Workday solutions to address business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations
• Configure and customize Workday applications to align with client-specific needs
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to deliver insights and support decision-making
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective and efficient use of Workday applications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Workday integrations
• Expertise in creating complex calculated fields and custom reports for EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders)
• Strong experience with EIBs and Core Connector Workers (CCWs)
• Proficient in working with XSLTs
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
