Base pay range
$62,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Location: 100% Remote
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities
- Support both the system and the process of the business unit acting in a liaison role between business and IT
- Participate in case consultation and provide support to the front-line team
- Update documentation and provide training and quality reviews
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Basic data support during the completion of compliance and audit reviews
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in the business system analyst field or related area
- Associate's Degree
- Business BASIC
- Experience with data comparison and data entry
- Document Formatting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Word
- Report Compiling experience
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
