We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Benefits Developer to support the design, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Benefits solutions. This individual will partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to optimize benefits administration processes, develop integrations, configure eligibility and enrollment rules, and ensure a seamless employee experience within the Workday platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise within Workday Benefits, along with experience supporting integrations, open enrollment activities, vendor connectivity, testing, and ongoing production support.
