Makse Group is seeking a Consulting Manager for Workday Benefits to lead complex implementations, deliver scalable configurations, and optimize client benefits programs in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate regulatory requirements into Workday setups, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization across open enrollment, life events, and carrier integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in benefits administration or HCM consulting.
• 5+ years Workday Benefits experience.
• Proven success leading end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, COBRA.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree as stated.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex Workday Benefits projects with regulatory alignment.
• Guide senior client executives on benefits transformation roadmaps.
• Coach consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Oversee governance: scope, timelines, budgets, resources.
• Ensure accurate configuration of benefits plan designs and enrollments.
• Collaborate with payroll, carriers, and COBRA for integrations.
• Support business development with pre-sales and proposals.
