We are seeking a Workday HCM Benefits specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to drive implementations, optimizations, and client-focused support across benefits configuration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with a focus on Benefits.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits.
• Understanding of ACA, HIPAA, COBRA regulations and data exchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with clients and project teams.
• Workday HCM – Benefits certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators.
• Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life event processing.
• Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations.
• Work closely with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end benefits administration.
• Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
• Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

With 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Workday Benefits, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementations, optimizations, and support for our clients. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, a solid understanding of benefits administration and compliance, and the ability to work effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate can translate regulatory, eligibility, and plan design requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations. You will contribute to full-cycle project delivery, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring clients achieve compliance, enrollment efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Your hands-on expertise will help organizations effectively manage open enrollment, life events, plan eligibility, and integrations with carriers, while maximizing the value of their Workday investment.
