Job summary

Abbott Park, IL, on site, seeks an Associate Architect, Integrations to design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations across internal systems. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions, resolve issues, and scale our HR technology landscape.

You will build integrations with Core Connectors, Packaged Connectors, Workday Studio, and EIBs, manage the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment, and provide on-call support while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations and reports between Workday and third-party applications.
• Build integrations using Workday technologies including Core Connectors, Packaged Connectors, Workday Studio, and EIBs.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver integration components for HR initiatives.
• Support the full integration lifecycle—requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain SLAs for operational tickets and ensure adherence to guidelines.
