Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Workday Architect to design and govern the enterprise Workday footprint for HR and related modules.

You will lead large-scale projects, manage integration landscapes, and drive architecture decisions across multiple Workday domains while coordinating with stakeholders. Qualifikationen

• Must have 7+ years of Workday experience including 3+ years in architect/lead design.
• Deep Workday expertise across multiple modules with HCM required.

• Design and govern the overall Workday architecture, including business process frameworks, security model, tenant configuration, and integration landscape.
• Lead complex projects such as module implementations, mergers/acquisitions integrations, and major upgrades.
• Own the integration strategy between Workday and third-party systems using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and web services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of Workday experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead technical design capacity.
• Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules, with HCM required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $140,000 - $190,000.

• Remote from any US location.
• Occasional annual travel for team events, 5-10%.
