Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Workday analytics and reporting analyst to transform HR data into strategic insights. You will design dashboards and reports using Prism and Workday Reporting to support daily operations, decision-making, and workforce planning.

The role focuses on data integrity, automation, and partnering with executives and HRBPs to analyze trends in talent, turnover, and DEI. Strong communication and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports in Workday.
• 3 years of experience with Prism Analytics.
• 4 years in core HR functions like recruiting, compensation, or payroll.
• Expert level Workday configuration and Analytics knowledge.
• Familiar with HRIS, LMS, ATS, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support HR and business leaders.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Workday and downstream systems.
• Leverage Workday tools to integrate with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define success metrics for analytics initiatives.
• Automate reporting and provide training for report self-service.
