Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Workday Analytics Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will develop analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Technology.

You’ll connect workforce trends to business outcomes and improve data quality for informed leadership decisions. You will build Workday reporting solutions with Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Business, IT, Analytics or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting, workforce analytics, HR technology, BI, or related area.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with data visualizations to drive business insights.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings clearly.
• Preferred: experience with Workday Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics, and large-enterprise environments.
• Hospitality, cruise, travel, retail, healthcare, transportation, or aviation industry exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, executive scorecards, and reporting solutions to monitor organizational health and performance.
• Analyze workforce trends to support planning, hiring, turnover, retention, labor cost, payroll, time, absence, recruiting, and effectiveness decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate business questions into actionable analytics.
• Support planning through trend analysis and forecasting.
• Establish reporting standards and best practices, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting.
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues; support data governance, validation, and compliance.
