Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Workday Analyst in Katy, TX. The role shapes and optimizes a Workday-powered HR technology platform, designing and configuring processes, implementing technical requirements, and ensuring smooth HR systems operations.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, while supporting integrations and data integrity. The position collaborates with HR leaders and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Systems (HCM/HRIS/HRIT) experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience.
• 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document and configure business processes and specifications.
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• A team-first attitude; while core duties are priorities, you’re happy to step in wherever needed.
• Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday business processes to support HR operations.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing for accuracy and performance.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support decisions.
• Support integrations and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.
