Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a senior HRIS and Workday specialist to partner with HR and IT on digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, drive adoption of AI within HR ecosystems, and lead Workday configurations with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

You will evaluate AI vendors, optimize HR processes, and manage cross-functional HRIS projects while ensuring smooth adoption of enhancements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience architecting and optimizing the Workday Recruiting module.
• Strong background in Project Management.
• Deep understanding of core Human Resources processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
