Job summary
Hard Rock International is seeking a Workday Systems Architect / AI Lead to design, architect, and lead the implementation of Workday Financials with a focus on intelligent automation, AI-driven insights, and scalable integrations. This role bridges Finance, HR, IT, and Data teams to deliver a future-state ecosystem that is secure, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
You will define standards, govern APIs, and guide integrations while leveraging AI to optimize financial operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development, systems architecture, or enterprise applications.
- 5+ years designing and implementing integration architectures.
- Proven Workday Financials experience and integrations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess current Workday and finance systems to design scalable future-state architecture.
- Lead Workday integrations and embed AI/automation capabilities.
- Define enterprise architecture standards and API governance.
- Design data models, security, and reporting frameworks across Workday and ERP.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
