CLM Systems Analyst - Contract Lifecycle Management

6-Month Contract

Fully Remote (EST Hours)

Pay Rate: $45/hr W2

Our client is seeking an experienced CLM Systems Analyst to provide tier 2 technical support for their contract lifecycle management operations. This role requires strong expertise in DocuSign, ServiceNow, and Salesforce systems, with a proven track record of supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide tier 2 technical support for contract lifecycle management processes across DocuSign, ServiceNow, and Salesforce platforms
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, integrations, and workflow problems that escalate from tier 1 support
• Collaborate directly with sales teams to resolve system bottlenecks and optimize contract workflows
• Diagnose and resolve configuration issues, data flow problems, and system integration challenges
• Support contract template management, envelope routing, and automated workflow processes
• Create documentation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience with DocuSign (envelope routing, templates, advanced features)
• Strong background in ServiceNow administration and workflow management
• Salesforce expertise with focus on contract-related processes and integrations
• Experience working directly with sales teams and understanding sales operations
• Tier 2 support experience handling complex technical escalations
• Ability to troubleshoot system integrations and diagnose multi-platform issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
