What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and design workforce planning models for headcount, fulfillment, supply vs. demand, and scenario analysis
- Implement custom calculations, assumptions, and business rules within Adaptive Planning
- Ensure data integration between Adaptive and financial systems like SAP BW
- Optimize performance by improving model efficiency and managing large datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing Adaptive Planning workforce planning modules within the Workday platform
- Strong knowledge of designing and building complex models, dashboards, and reporting
- Ability to manage tasks with limited supervision and effectively record time
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
