Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join its Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, guide delivery teams, and ensure client satisfaction while shaping our advisory capabilities across planning and performance management.

You will design and implement Workday Adaptive Planning models, oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations, and mentor teammates, with travel approximately 20% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Performance Management / FP&A / financial systems or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL with data integrations and system configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client working sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning engagements as the solution lead with model design, security, reporting and scenario planning.
• Design, configure, test and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on integration solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, and client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Mentor and coach team members; support their development.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, scoping, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to methodologies, reusable assets and practice best practices.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning enhancements and trends.
