Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL; capable of supporting data integrations and configurations.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate financial accounting experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams, project budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, administration, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, security, and scenario planning.
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with ERP and other financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and data flows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Process improvement and root cause analysis experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and metrics.
• Manage implementation engagements as the solution lead with guidance on model design and security.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models including sheets, versions, dimensions and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
• Lead design and implementation of integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC to incorporate data from ERP and source systems.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, and client expectations.
• Review project deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; support professional development.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, scoping, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to development of methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning product enhancements and trends.
