You will lead client engagements and delivery teams, shaping planning solutions across finance, HR, and operations. You will guide model design, security, reporting, and integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice growth. Travel ~20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• 5+ years Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map processes, planning needs and KPIs.
• Design and optimize Workday models, including security and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Mentor project teams and manage risks, scope and timelines.
• Support business development and solution demonstrations.
