Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, coach teams, and drive successful delivery across client projects, applying industry and technical expertise to broaden our advisory impact.

You will design and optimize Workday models, manage integrations, and contribute to business development while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to standards. Travel about 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, accounting/finance/IT or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A/financial systems or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
