Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead and deliver Workday Adaptive Planning engagements, guiding design, integrations, and reporting to help clients optimize budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Workday expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 20% is expected as projects span multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/IS or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience leading multiple Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL including data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, requirements, and KPIs.
• Manage engagements as solution lead, guiding design, security, reporting, and planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday models, dashboards, and OfficeConnect.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with client needs and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
• Manage risks, issues, and client expectations throughout engagements.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Mentor staff and support their professional development.
