Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, drive successful deployments, and mentor teams across diverse client projects.

The role focuses on implementing Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance financial planning, forecasting and reporting for clients, while staying current with product enhancements and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EPM/FP&A or related consulting.
• 4+ years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL knowledge for data integrations and system configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP and other systems, using JavaScript/SQL/APIs.
• Mentor and coach project teams, support business development, and contribute to implementation methodologies.
