Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements and delivery teams to drive client value, shaping planning solutions and advancing our consulting practice.

You will apply deep Workday Adaptive Planning expertise, JavaScript and SQL for integrations and model design, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A/financial systems or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Provide guidance on model design, security, reporting, workforce planning, and scenario planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models (sheets, versions, dimensions, security, dashboards).
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Mentor and coach project team members and support business development initiatives.
