Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients, delivering payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You’ll identify business requirements, design processes, prototype options, and lead client workshops, guiding cross-functional teams across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification or equivalent is required.
Minimum 3 years in consulting, Lead or similar level role.
Minimum 3 years hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
Minimum 3 years US/global Adaptive Operations experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Lead workshops for client education.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts.
