Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients in shaping and delivering Enterprise Workday solutions. You will drive requirements, lead design sessions, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across delivery teams.

The role involves leading client workshops, prototyping design options, and applying Accenture methodologies to align Workday deployments with business strategy. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role, preferably with a large firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and mitigated cross-functional impacts, advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
