Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate operations across production, machinery, processing and packaging to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Group Leads, drive continuous improvement, and partner with plant leadership to implement the campus strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to manage cost and schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Able to create and understand spreadsheets with filters, Pivot tables and medium complexity charts.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and communicate technical information.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with experience coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Manufacturing Supervisors and Group Leads.
• Coach Supervisors and Group Leads in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Monitor turnover and implement improvements to reduce attrition.
• Define and track measurable goals and team performance.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and drive cost and process improvements.
