Qualifications

• Ability to develop training curricula and coach teams to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire operators and coach department staff.
• Identify strengths and development needs, and create training curricula.
• Drive performance through measurable goals and coaching based on feedback.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and maintain focus during crises.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and security policies.
• Lead by example and implement new ideas for continuous improvement.
