Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its EAIS unit in the United States. The role focuses on ERP package customization, integration, and feature development across SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday environments.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement interfaces and ETL processes, ensuring secure and compliant ERP configurations. Travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workato recipes, connectors, and event-driven flows.
• Understanding REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, and data transformations.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and business users.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and validate specifications.
• Assist in ERP package customization and feature design.
• Develop and integrate new features; maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces and manage ETL processes for data flow.
• Document ERP customizations and deliver user training.
