Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join the Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to ERP customization, and develop features across ERP packages, with emphasis on data integration and security compliance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams in onsite–offshore models to deliver reliable solutions and maintainable code. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workato (recipes, connectors, SDK, event-driven flows).
• Understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, data transformations).
• Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
• Communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and business users.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
