Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 1 to assist ERP implementations and integrations within the EAIS unit. You will work on stakeholder interviews, design discussions, and coding improvements to customize ERP packages and ensure seamless data migration.

Responsibilities include documenting compliance checks, creating user-facing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Willingness to relocate and travel for projects is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may replace education.
Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing user needs for ERP implementation projects.
Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team to understand technical solutions.
Develop and refine code to customize and integrate ERP packages per design specifications.
Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and cleansing data for uninterrupted integration.
Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines to ensure ERP systems meet standards and security protocols.
Draft clear documentation detailing steps for ERP package customization to support end-user training.
