Job summary

Qualifications

  • Maintain physical and digital files and prepare materials for meetings and workshops.
  • Enter data accurately and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Draft emails and answer phones, interacting with staff, faculty, and other departments.
  • Troubleshoot administrative issues independently and seek help when needed.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Achieve 6 credit hours each semester and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  • Pass background/drug screening.
  • Open and sort mail, clerical duties, filing, data entry, copying and faxing.

  • Improve organizational skills by maintaining physical and digital files, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and preparing materials for meetings and workshops.

  • Enhance attention to detail by accurately entering data, proofreading documents, and ensuring compliance with university policies in our administrative processes.

  • Strengthen professional communication skills by drafting emails, answering phone calls, and interacting with staff, faculty, and other departments.
