Qualifications

• Undergraduate student preferred with GPA 2.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide Assistance to Full-Time Staff: tasks like copies, mail, filing, document creation, data entry.
• Answer Phones: respond to calls, direct to staff, take messages.
• Front Desk: greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Manage Shared Email: monitor email and assign training as needed.
• Supply Inventory: track office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Tabling: assist at events and manage tables.
• Social Media: help manage and create content for department accounts.
