• Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and willingness to learn other programs.
• Must be prompt, dependable and efficient in all duties.
• Must work courteously with faculty, staff and students at all times.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, sort and distribute mail, heavy filing, make copies and scan documents.
• Make daily deliveries to departments around campus and assist with other tasks as requested by office administrators.
• Will handle some faculty travel as needed.
