Job summary

Child Focus, Inc. is seeking a Work Readiness Program Coordinator to lead the Work Readiness Program in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise Job Navigators, guide staff development and ensure high-quality services that help adults move toward employment.

You will collaborate with community partners, manage program operations and analyze data to report on outcomes, while upholding compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with families and adults is preferred.
• Knowledge of program implementation, planning and fiscal management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective administration and daily operation of the Work Readiness Program.
• Directly supervise, coach and support Job Navigators, providing guidance and feedback.
• Support staff development, training and implementation of program policies and procedures.
• Monitor program quality, effectiveness and performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure program integrity and compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Gather and analyze program data and prepare reports and documentation.
