Job summary

Child Focus, Inc. is seeking a Work Readiness Program Coordinator to lead the Work Readiness Program in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise Job Navigators, guide staff development and ensure high-quality services that help adults move toward employment.

You will collaborate with community partners, manage program operations and analyze data to report on outcomes, while upholding compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with families and adults is preferred.
• Knowledge of program implementation, planning and fiscal management is preferred.

Child Focus is seeking a Work Readiness Program Coordinator to lead our Work Readiness Program and the team of professionals who help participants identify their strengths, overcome barriers and prepare for employment.

In this role, you'll provide leadership, coaching and support to Job Navigators while ensuring the program delivers high-quality services and achieves its goals. You'll also build relationships with community partners and businesses, collaborate with internal teams and help strengthen the systems that support participant success. What You'll Do

• Lead the effective administration and daily operation of the Work Readiness Program.
• Directly supervise, coach and support Job Navigators, providing guidance and feedback to help staff succeed.
• Support staff development, training and implementation of program policies and procedures.
• Monitor program quality, effectiveness and performance and implement improvements when needed.
• Ensure program integrity and compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Gather and analyze program data and prepare reports and documentation as assigned.
• Support Job Navigators in administering and interpreting assessments to identify employability strengths, barriers and participant needs.
• Assist with developing individualized employability plans, including goals, priorities and target dates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community agencies, employers and other business partners.
• Collaborate with internal staff to identify and coordinate services for program participants.
• Address participant concerns, complaints and other issues as they arise.
• Represent the Work Readiness Program at community meetings, committees, trainings and other events.
• Make presentations and participate in outreach and public relations activities that promote the program and its services.

Education & Experience

Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work or a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience working with families and adults is preferred.

Administrative experience, including knowledge of program implementation, planning and fiscal management, is preferred.

Requirements

• Successfully complete required background checks in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Have a valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation. Meet agency insurance coverage requirements.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including THC screening.

Salary: $21.74 / $45,220/year (Bachelor's degree rate; salary based on education and qualifications)
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, with flexibility
