Job summary

Responsibilities include leading planning, scheduling, and resource coordination, while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. Strong leadership, financial data analysis, and experience with Maximo and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to be respirator qualified.
• Associates degree AND 3 years minimum related work experience.
• Highschool/GED AND 7 years minimum related work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Maximo, PI program.
• Experience in written and oral communication, presenting information, facilitating meetings.
• Knowledge of plant operations, generating station systems.
• Ability to work independently in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in financial data analysis.
• 2 years of contract management experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop barrier-free work plans, ensuring materials and resources are available to execute work plans.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and contract resources for one site, with field oversight as needed.
• Lead daily and weekly work status meetings and develop the next day/ week schedule.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in work plans and processes.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities of internal staff or contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
