Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is actively hiring caregivers to support older adults in Gill, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with day, overnight, and 8–12 hour shifts. Training is offered and a $250 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days for qualifying new caregivers.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with pay based on experience and certifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and employee referral bonuses.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Every shift is an opportunity to provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:
