WORK FROM YOUR HOME BASED OFFICE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are an experienced sales representative or new to sales, we offer a training platform to help you succeed from your home office! We also have a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Description:

• We help protect families financially.
• Our work includes Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense Protection, Retirement Planning for younger clients, and Retirement Preparation for those nearing retirement.
• Our services are highly valued by families requesting information about our programs.

Job Duties:

• Follow up with responders sent to our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments. Full-time agents will conduct these appointments; part-time or referring agents will have them conducted by our Field Underwriters.
• Connect with families in person or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your sales numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads!
• This is a 100% commission-only sole proprietorship 1099 sales position.

Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, or iPads.
• Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
