Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design and sell custom travel itineraries. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, guiding clients from first inquiry to confirmed reservation—whether solo, group, destination wedding, or family travel.

You will communicate clearly, juggle quotes and bookings, and use CRMs and booking tools to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Fast learner on new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
