Job summary

Ignites Human Capital is seeking a recruitment professional with 1–2 years of non-IT sourcing experience to join our international BPO hiring team. The role focuses on sourcing candidates from multiple portals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for leading global clients, demonstrate excellent communication, and adapt quickly to client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment sourcing experience.
• Experience in non-IT international BPO hiring is mandatory.
• Ability to source candidates from various portals.
