Job summary

ReSource Pro India is seeking Team Leaders or Specialists with 5+ years of experience and 1-2 years in team leadership for backend operations or non-voice processes, based in Bengaluru. This full-time role requires leading a team handling BPO/KPO and international campaigns.

You will manage operations, train staff, conduct audits, plan capacity, and oversee processes and SOPs, with regular and night shifts from office location.
