Job summary

Intellics Global Services is seeking a Sr IT Recruiter/Client Coordinator for C2H Hiring and immediate joiner. The role is fully work from home and involves direct client interaction and end-to-end recruitment across IT domains.

The candidate should have 1.5 years of experience, be technically strong, and ready to coordinate with SPOCs for end-to-end IT recruitment, including C2H and permanent hires. Laptop and internet access required.

Candidate Requirements

Requirement Details:

Qualification: - Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Exp: -1.5 years experience

Fully work from home

Timings: - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

2nd and 4th sat off

1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Consider 1 year gap only

Immediate Joiner

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Client Coordinator: Job and Responsibility

• Having good experience in Client Coordination
• Client Interaction
• Directly dealing with SPOCS and end to end recruitment as well.
• Punctual about the given work
• Good knowledge about IT Recruitment
• End to End IT Recruitment for both C2H and Permanent Position
• Interacting with Clients and Understanding their technical requirements
• Coordinate Interviews and Follow up.
• Maintaining Data Base and Documentation.
• Salary up to 22K depend upon Experience and Interview

Preferred Candidate

• Mostly Exp should be in Consultancy Background
• Technically very sound and should have knowledge of current technologies
• Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops and many more.
• Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment
• Closure in C2H and Perm Hiring per month with maximum package
• Should be aware of client process of recruitment Like duplicacy, profile uploading, Tools used by client
• Should be working with MNC client
