Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a Pharmacy Insurance Specialist to help patients understand their insurance benefits and guide them through enrollment, all from home. The role requires 1+ year of medical insurance experience, empathy, and strong communication while navigating multiple system applications.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position with an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs
• Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues
• Document patient interactions and account updates
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurers
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service
