RemX is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client's remote team. The role involves verifying benefits and guiding patients through coverage and costs from a remote setting in the United States.

You will handle inbound and outbound verification calls, research issues, and ensure accurate information is provided to patients while coordinating with payers and providers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical insurance verification experience required.
• No time off allowed first 90 days.
• Ability to work a full shift 8:00–20:00, Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and applications concurrently.
