Jjwws is seeking a dedicated administrative professional at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, to ensure the accuracy of daily time sheets and provide administrative support in a federal environment. This role involves data entry into GFEBS and Maximo and communication with service crews.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proficient typing skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. A competitive salary of $17.88 is offered along with various benefits.

Examines and ensures that information is complete and consistent on daily time sheets turned in by service crews. Keying daily time sheets into the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and Maximo. Receives, records and distributes work orders to service crews upon customer’s requests for service. Records information such as name, address, and article to be repaired or service to be rendered. Prepares work orders and distributes to service crew. Maintains a record of service calls and work orders.
