Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Fort Huachuca, AZ seeks a General Maintenance Worker to support base facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections and repairs to ensure safe, reliable operations for staff and tenants.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, CMMS experience, and a customer-service mindset focusing on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must pass federal background screening and drug test.
• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience using CMMS to track work orders.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with logical problem solving.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
