Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Work Control Lead in Sierra Vista, AZ to oversee a critical work order management process. You will ensure all requests are received, dispatched, and recorded with accuracy in the CMMS, coordinating with maintenance shops to balance workload.

The role requires familiarity with Army Maintenance Application (ArMA), GFEBS, and Maximo where applicable, and you will lead documentation, dispatch, and reporting to drive on-time completion and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• GFEBS experience preferred.
• Maximo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a critical work order management process and coordinate with maintenance shops to balance workload.
• Ensure every work request and work order is received, dispatched, and recorded with 100% accuracy in the CMMS.
• Maintain accuracy of documentation including labor, work center, maintenance plan, equipment details, and date of service.
